As founder Ed Vaillancourt says "Service is our business!" Although daily operations have passed forward to Ed's son, Brian Vaillancourt, Ed still advises, drawing upon his many years of experience and expertise. I needed a water line replacement and called several plumbers. All were very busy due to the weather this spring - including Vaillancourt - but they visited my home the same day I called. Their estimate was competitive and the final bill did not deviate from the estimate. Their workmanship was top-notch but what impressed me most was the constant phone calls to update me as the day for the work drew near. Brian ensured that I was constantly informed of his schedule with regards to my job. Excellent. I highly recommend them!
