I needed a water line replacement and called several plumbers. All were very busy due to the weather this spring - including Vaillancourt - but they visited my home the same day I called. Their estimate was competitive and the final bill did not deviate from the estimate. Their workmanship was top-notch but what impressed me most was the constant phone calls to update me as the day for the work drew near. Brian ensured that I was constantly informed of his schedule with regards to my job. Excellent. I highly recommend them!

Had an estimate done for a fairly significant job - relocation of a laundry room. Very detailed, professional, and provided options that others hadn't, also appreciated explanation of building code policies. Impressed by the time spent and obvious expertise.
